Technical failure
If no partner joins or a verified platform failure prevents meaningful practice, the session credit should be returned automatically.
Quality issues
Report a material problem within 24 hours. LIAN may restore a session credit after reviewing session metadata and both participants’ reports.
Free beta
Learner credits are currently granted free of charge, so there is no learner purchase to refund. If paid plans are introduced, their cancellation and refund terms will be shown before checkout.
How to request review
Use the in-room report control for safety or quality problems and contact the published support address within 24 hours for billing review. Provide the session date and account email; never send card details or identity-document images by ordinary email.
